Leadership Team

Eyal Tal – Co Founder

Mr. Tal is a visionary investor whose expertise lies in crafting and executing strategic investments with a dual focus on generating profits and making a significant societal impact. With a keen eye on Sub -Saharan Africa’s diverse markets, Tal’s investment philosophy revolves around catalyzing substantial economic and social change across the continent. He carefully selects ventures that not only promise robust financial returns but also drive meaningful advancements in local communities, thus contributing to Africa’s sustainable development. A former officer in the Israeli Air force, Mr. Tal holds a degree in Law (LLB) from Tel Aviv University.

Ohad Shtilman – Co Founder

Mr. Shtilman specializes in meticulously managing complex projects, each strategically designed to overcome significant challenges and ensure scalability within Africa’s dynamic landscape. His approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique socio-economic hurdles faced by the continent, coupled with a steadfast commitment to catalyzing profound societal and economic transformations. Shtilman has held a wide variety of operational and management positions, including command of the Israeli Prime Minister’s protection unit.
Mr. Shtilman hold a BA degree in Economics and Logistics from Bar Ilan University.

Ziv Gadya, Vice President, Business Development

As head of business development, Mr. Gadya shapes TSI’s strategy with a focus on new markets, strategic partnerships, and client relations. His role drives the company’s expansion and ensures the delivery of tailored agricultural solutions aligned with the needs of governments, investors, and local communities. Mr. Shtilman hold a BA degree in Economics and Logistics from Bar Ilan University.

HAGI HOCHMAN – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

A seasoned agricultural leader with extensive experience managing large scale projects across Israel and Africa. Specializing in advanced irrigation, greenhouse farming, and complex logistics, he oversees every stage from initial cultivation to market distribution. This expertise drives innovative results through sustainable practices and deep community engagement in the most challenging environments

Liran Amit, Project Manager

Liran an extensive expertise in agricultural project management and international business development. Having spearheaded the establishment of one of the world’s pioneering cannabis farms- utilizing cutting-edge technology-he brings a unique blend of practical innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Rosemary Dunji, Administrative Manager

Rosemary oversees daily administrative operations at TSI Jalingo, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across project teams. With a background in administration, events management, and humanitarian work, she brings structure and clarity to organizational processes. Her commitment to efficiency and teamwork supports TSI’s mission and keeps operations running seamlessly.

Yamusa Kweshe G.

A dedicated result-driven agricultural professional with Bachelor of science in Agronomy with several years of practical experience in modern farming systems and irrigation management.
The head of agronomist TSI, oversees the overall health and productivity of the farm operations by implementing agronomic methods that ensure that TSI achieves optimal yields while maintaining a commitment to quality and sustainability.
